let's call back to order the voting session of the Travis County Commissioners court. This morning we did convene in executive session to discuss three or four items. Only discussed one of them. We discussed number 17. So let's renounce the other -- reannounce the other three or so items. 13. Consider and take appropriate action on the following: a, variance from section 82.202(l)(2)(b), standards for construction of streets and drainage in subdivisions in Travis County; b, preliminary plan in precinct three: rgk ranch, preliminary plan (1508 total lots); and c, phasing agreement between rgk and Travis County. And that will be the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. Number 24 posted for executive session, receive update and take appropriate action on selection of executive manager of justice and jo public safety, consultation with attorney and personnel matters exception. There is backup on that item. 25. Consider and take appropriate action on the expansion application and related documentation of bfi-allied waste filed with the Texas commission on environmental quality. Consultation with attorney. We will discuss these three cases, three items in executive session and will return to open court before taking any action.
we have returned from executive session where we discussed one three items announced. If we have time this afternoon we will go back into executive session and discuss the others.
