We have returned from executive sessions. Number nine we discussed with legal counsel and got probably more legal advice than we needed, and we'll have this back on next week, posted as a consultation with attorney item just in case we need follow-up legal advice and on July 3rd, when we will have a full complement, we will have it posted for action. Okay? But if we could get county staff and legal to continue to work on that item consistent with our discussion and legal -- of legal issues and executive session, it'll be good. Number 31 involves parcel number 38 ea and eb, which we need for the howard lane east project. Move that we offer to settle this matter by paying the sum of 478,815 dollars for the parcel of land in question.

Move that we resubmit the offer of letter of intent to sellers with revised purchase terms consistent with what we received. Also that we order an appraisal of this property consistent with county policy and that we direct pbo to transfer the fund necessary --

>> -- funds necessary for the appraisal, estimated to be $5500, from the facilities lease saving line item, which I understand pbo wants to know, and that's the centralized line item to the appropriate line item as an automatic budget adjustment, and that is within the facilities department. Right? Okay.

I move that we choose the option that authorizes the county attorney to go ahead and schedule mediation for anytime after July 18th, which will give us an opportunity to receive and review the consultant's report and schedule this and that we ask dan mansour to represent Travis County at this mediation along with any other facilities staff that may be necessary in order for us to go through the mediation appropriately.
