>> good morning, we have a public hearing scheduled for the Travis County housing finance corporation for 9:00. We separately posted the action item this afternoon, by I move to we call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation. There's one item that is to receive public comment with regard to the proposed amendments, two documents related to the corporation's multi-family housing revenue bonds, westchester woods apartments, series 2002 a which among other modifications will stenld the maturity of the bonds, I move that we open the public hearing. All in favor? That passes unanimously, with directors eckhardt and Gomez absent.

>> good morning. I'm harvey Davis, manager of the corporation. I'm with -- here with angela koke with neiman, how we will, smith and lee, our attorneys. These bonds were issued in January of 2002 for the westchester woods apartment there on heatherwild boulevard. In Pflugerville. They were issued for about $50.7 million, the -- the -- the developer out of florida, windover -- windover housing partners, they have paid down the bonds, down to $9.6 million, what -- what they want to do is to refund the bonds and have a new bond issue of the same amount, the purpose is to extend the life of the bonds by three years, to convert it from a variable rate bonds to a fixed rate bonds.

>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. We posted the action item for 1:30 this afternoon, which is when the corporations normally are called for business. But we had advertised this public hearing for 9:00, which is why we set it at 9:00 this morning. Move adjournment.
