Housing Finance Corporation
We do need the Travis County housing finance corporation, though. One item, and that is to consider and take appropriate action on a resolution authorizing the execution and delivery of a second amended and restated trust indenture and first amended and restated loan agreement in connection with the corporation's multifamily housing revenue bonds, westchester woods apartments, series 2002a. First, let's congratulate our lawyers on that fine legal language in the item. Mr. Davis.
>> our recommendation is that the board approve this transaction. I do represent that the -- that westchester woods is current on their annual fee obligations. We have done an audit. We did an audit last year, and they have excellent records and had a very good audit, and we feel that this -- approval of this transaction will make the likelihood for success of their venture more -- more likely.

>> yes, sir, that is.
