>> ones again for the record, I'm stewart thomas and I come in peace. I am still trying diligently to come before the grand jury to inform them of the numerous felony crimes being perpetrated between your organization. Because I have so much evidence supported by witnesses, because the district attorney's office continues to obstruct me, because I only have three minutes every time that I come here, I have posted my evidence on youtube.com. I invite everybody watching on tv to please purr ruiz my videos, go to www.youtube.com. Type Travis County corporation in the search window. The beginning of this nonsense started back in 2003 during my divorce. I have here a certified transcript of a taped telephone conversation between myself and warren vavra, your central court administrator that you pay to assign cases for hearing. The conversation is about his refusal to present a motion to recuse to visiting judge pete lowry who also has

>> [indiscernible] on file, who has been conspiring with linda kurchio to facilitate federal grant fraud by stealing my first born and only child from me. Seems to be a habit in Travis County. I would like to read a little tiny piece from this transcript, basically I'm asking him to please respect the law and present my motion to recuse. I say to him but the law requires that the judge be presented with it. He says well I understand what the law requires. Then I say well? And he says but you have to understand what -- how uniquely we operate the docket in Travis County. I really don't understand how uniquely the docket is operated in Travis County. Seems to be lawless. After that, I filed the declaration of status with the district clerk's office and obtained a certified copy. I brought along a true and correct copy from my file. It includes an offer to contract. And after the document had been filed, stamped and filed, your clerks known only to me as fat tony, all through the documentnd -- altered the document and chased me out of the courthouse, thus one felony and one constitutional violation. I recorded the entire incident with my video camera, posted it on youtube for all of you to watch, please visit www.youtube.com, type fat tony in the search window or Travis County corruption. Also look forward to the video series grand theft house with documents with videotape Travis County constables stealing my house without a warrants. Also interviews with others such as myself also removed at the point of guns from their homes without trial or warrant with Travis County constables, not an individual case. I hope you all enjoy the show. Furthermore, your organization has already been repeatedly noticed of my claims over the past few years, has accepted my claims by tacit pro curation. You have been repeatedly invoiced and now in default. 679529 check out how deep you really are in this. Don't forget to check our Travis County corruption at www.youtube.com.

>> thank you.

>> thank you. Anybody eps for citizens communication to address the court for any matter not on the agenda.
