Now let's call in number 20 since we have ms. Rios here. We've approved part of 20, haven't we? There are several requests for use of allocated reserve to fund temporary employees to do a variety of things in the two jp courts --

>> and that looks reasonable to me. The other thing is what we just approved. Any other questions.
>> and it also includes the ernest money.
>> $100,000.
>> correct.
>> and we did make a decision to counter and offer that we thought that the property owner would accept, and he did, and that puts this in place for us to accept the crot -- contract, and I move that we approve the rest of the budget amendments, and transfer items. Discussion? All in favor. That passes by unanimous vote. Thank you.
