The consent items are next, and posted for consent are c1 through c 4. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as I call out the number be of the item. Number 3 that we had the public hearing on. 5 a and b. Do you know whether we have the contract on --

>> 6-a -- I'm sorry, 8-a. We postponed 8-b. Number 9.

>> I have a couple of questions on 9. Number 12, 13. A long list of purchasing items, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26. 26 is to authorize the initiation of negotiations.
>> I'd like to ask a couple of questions for the record on 26. 26 will not be part of the consent motion. 27. 28 with a 10-dollar fee for that picture. Mary ellen, we may ought to get legal to make sure that it is legal. It looks like federal laws states I guess to charge that, and we may need to piggyback that authority, but if we could -- I don't know of any issue, but I did have that question. I see that legal has signed off on the 10-dollar pass part photo. With and a-2, a and b. Would any of us like to discuss any of those items separately?
