21. Consider and take appropriate action regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a portion of hartshill drive within the long canyon 1-a subdivision, in precinct three. And my question I really is whether the residents who have come down on this item today would like to address the court? It will be back on next week for act, but not for a public hearing. All right.

>> no, we -- they are waiting for a copy of the backup, but otherwise they are okay with the action.
>> they don't want to address the court?
>> no.
>> okay. 21 we will have back on next week. Next week is June 2nd. June 5th.

>> under citizens communication, ms. Schnieder made a comments that she wished we would have been there. I would like to let the public know that I was there at that particular meeting at manor on Thursday. The public meeting. So I just want to make sure that the record is clear.
