Move that recess the Travis County Commissioners court to take up the Travis County housing finance corporation. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. With Commissioner eckhardt temporarily off the dais. Number one is to consider and take appropriate action to approve resolution authorizing interlocal agreement with capital trust agency undertaken by capital trust agency to finance properties owned by theop, llc. And american housing foundation. -- agency and an agreement for the promotion of affordable housing and education with theop, llc and american housing foundation; authorizing the execution of documents and containing other provisions relating thereto. Move approval and put together one pager that summarizes the various components of the agreement that we discussed earlier. Contained in the agreement, but nothing simpler than a one page that says here are the five, six, seven elements that we --

>> second that, judge.

>> are agreeing to.

>> I'm also requesting permission to invoice american housing foundation the 11,000 application fee with the understanding that our financial advisor will be submitting an invoice for his time on this.

>> do you need a motion for that?

>> do you all know about that 11,000 application fee that our policy provides. No problem with it? Okay. That will be -- that's friendly to that motion. Okay.

>> separate those.

>> okay. Leave the 11,000 out?

>> let's hold off on the 11,000, vote on the other part, which is really the agenda worded item with will addition of the one page summary --

>> again, just, you did mention earlier, and I need to figure out when do you think -- you think two weeks this will come back, I want to make sure that the concern that Commissioner Gomez and Commissioner eckhardt raised an agendized item, when do you think that will come back.

>> while it's fresh in mind, I was hoping to put together a draft realistically probably will take two weeks.

>> two weeks.

>> but if I start -- for it to be ready for the agenda, I would put together the draft circulated to court members, Commissioner Davis, cliff, once we are together on it here, do that, then send it to representatives from -- from the -- from the housing entity and hopefully we will have something -- something agreed upon two weeks from today, which will be -- doing what? June 5th would be our target. The key thing I think is for us circulated here, reach agreement on it, send it to -- to the applicant and based on comments there we can tweak it and if we need to around by -- by June 5th have it back on the agenda for approval. Does that sound all right?

>> yes, that's fine.

>> discussion of the motion? All in favor? Show Commissioners Daugherty, Davis, yours truly voting in favor. Voting against directors eckhardt and Gomez. Move that we -- so the motion carries by a vote of 3-2. Move that we apply the county policy requiring $11,000 application fee.

>> second.

>> corporation's policy.

>> the corporation's policy. Thank you. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Thank you all very much for your patience and understanding.

>> we will flush out a lot of things. You have very legitimate concerns, you know, that need to be --

>> move adjournment of the housing finance corporation.

>> second.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
