Let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation. First item to consider and take appropriatation on request to approve an invoice from the Travis County fire marshal's office office. The amount of the invoice is $2700. And mr. Davis would not have put this on the agenda if he did not think we owed it, presumably, for the dinning hall facility. Apparently on June 6 of 2006 the Travis County Commissioners court voted to approve the request via funding from the Travis County housing finance corporation the board ratified the request to approve the amount of $2700 that was budgeted in the fire marshal's office. So the invoice is from the fire marshal pursuant to that vote, and that is why I approve.

>> second.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. We had a long discussion of number 2 this morning. I suggest that we chat with our Travis County Commissioners court and share their requests that they sent to the owners of that, our financial adviser, and anybody else associated with this matter so we can be fully informed next week. If we get those questions out in writing and try to get answers, for the financial adviser we need to get them to you midday tomorrow? You will be leaving Wednesday? Okay. But have you e-mail with you? Okay. We will be in court probably all day. My guess is we won't get much done today. So if not tonight, first thing tomorrow morning or sometime tomorrow, send lad the mame. You will--the e-mail. You will get it wherever you are. Plus we will have your phone number.

>> won't be much of a vacation, is what we are saying.

>> it will be a working vacation.

>> thanks, lad.

>> anything else on number 2 2?

>> no, judge.

>> we have have it back on next week.

>> move adjourn.

>> all in favor. That passes by unanimous vote.
