4, consider and take appropriate action regarding the Travis County fire marshal, a to appoint mark b biob--b beauchamp for a term term. We did notify mr. Beauchamp. Any discussion? All in favor. That passes by unanimous vote. We do need to discuss b in executive session. Danny habity and I did have a chance to meet with mr. Beauchamp yesterday. C, we do have an appropriate bond there place approved by the lawyers. I move approval of d, which is to approve an appropriate bond for the fire marshal. Discussion? All in favor.
