Item no. 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding request for proposed street name change from "amante drive" to "verano drive" in Barton Creek section h, phase 4 subdivision, off Barton Creek boulevard, in precinct 3.

>> good morning, judge. Joe gieselman with the transportation natural resource department. It's fairly straightforward request to just change the name of a private street. From "amante drive" to "verano drive" in barton -- verano is more consistent with the names in the surrounding streets. I know of no objection.
