Consent

View captioned video.

Posted for consent are c-1 through c-4. And let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you will like to discuss these separately, please say so as I call out the number of the item. Number five, six. And joe, this wheeler does not related to our dunn wheeler, right? I think for the record we've clarified that before. Number seven. Oops, the judge has to abstain on number 7. My spouse is employed by Travis County mhmr so, I need to abstain. Number 8. Any issues on nine? I did see some e-mails. Nine okay for consent? Number 10, 12, 13 to terminate, number 14 that we had the public hearing on. Then to number 17. We do have a little issue with 17. Instead of total lots being as indicated, 244, it is really 262 -- no, 762. So really about 518 lots more.

>> judge? The lots are 587 as posted, and the total should be 762 lots.

>> 762. So it's a little less than 200 lots more.

>> should we act on this item or postpone it? Correct the language and have it back on next week?

>> judge --

>> [ inaudible ].

>>

>> [inaudible - no mic].

>> probably not.

>> do you need to check with staff?

>> out of caution it may be better to repost it.

>> do of need to check with your staff? So on 17 we'll hold it. Our intention is to postpone action unless there's some emergency that we need to be advised of, in which case we'll have to get a legal opinion. But on 17 let's just -- no action on it right now. It's not part of the consent motion. Okay? And jill will remind us early afternoon to do something with 17. And from 17 we go to 19. There's a corporation item related to this. We've done this before thvment really memorialeyeses what we've done. 20? 2020, 21, 24 a and b. Then on 25, 26.

>>

>> [inaudible - no mic].

>> 27, 28. Questions?

>> I was -- I can get that answered and it doesn't have a bearing on t it's anna nicole smith sill larry -- it's an ancillary issue.

>> from 28 we go to 31 and 32: and 32 is the last one.

>> not 33?

>> I don't have an issue with 33. What comes up is the issue of on gonzales maintenance responsibility and whether our budget will absorb that this year. So I thought thatio would want to address us on that to remind us that he may well run out of maintenance money before the end of the year because these new vehicle.

>> and he agrees with that.

>> can we let you know that we are reminded? And a-1, I have no issue with a-1? Let's add that then. Discussion?

>> the item can be postponed. There's no urgency there, so we'll postpone that a week and get the posting corrected.

>> so it's not part of the consent motion. 17 will be postponed until next week, and that's may 12th.

>> may 15th.

>> next Tuesday is may 15th? All right. Commissioner Davis moved the consent motion. Seconded by Commissioner Gomez. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
