Citizen's communication is next. And ms. Fleming is here with a special guest, I believe, kim campbell. From txu.

>> what does txu stand for.

>> Texas utilities.

>> good morning, judge and Commissioners, sher fleming with Travis County health and human services and veteran service and I am pleased to be with you this morning to introduce one of our partners in our emergency assistance program. As you know, the county has significant investments in services for residents who have various needs in our community, and one of which is utility assistance. I think we're very fortunate in this community in that we have partners like txu who not only are utility providers, but also take an interest in helping the customers through some rough times. So with that I will introduce kim and let her speak with you about her presence today.

>> good morning. I am kim campbell with txu energy. It is my honor to be here this morning and recognize sherri and her staff with Travis County health and human services. They do a fabulous job of helping those in need in the Travis County area. Txu energy has a program called txu energy aid which is a fund to help those who are at risk of being disconnected with their electric service. It is a collection from our employees as well as our customers and we return those to the local area. Txu matches those. This year we're making a donation of $26,000 to Travis County. Txu energy care about our customers. That's one of the reasons we've given five million dollars this year. And we want to tell you thank you, and the honor to be here this morning to make this presentation.

>> so every time we give one dollar, txu gives five?

>> that is correct. So that's six dollars that goes back to the social service organization and 100% of those dollars go to help the families in need.

>> and you have a checkoff box --

>> yes, a checkoff box on the back of your bivment.

>> so really to put txu to the test, local residents should give more.

>> absolutely. We'll match those five to one.

>> residents, we are now asking you to give. That's for air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter basically.

>> do we need a picture?

>> that would be great.

>> one more comment. We've been very fortunate to have this program since 1993 in a partnership with txu. Ear very, very fortunate.

>> sounds like a great program to me. Any other comments? Thank you very much. Should we come down front?

>> that would be great.
