Number one is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct three. Amended plat of lot 10, block f, bella vista subdivision, section one, and lot nine, block f, bella vista subdivision section 3-a, short form plat, two lots, .667 acres, appennini way, no fiscal required, sewage service to be provided by Williamson and travis counties, wcid number 1-e, city of Cedar Park e.t.j.

>> good morning. Joe gieselman with the transportation and natural resources department. A fairly straightforward amendment of two lots in the subdivision. The owner has requested that the plat be amended to the common lot line between two lots is a straight line and it is going to be changed to a curved line and that's the only amendment to the plat, otherwise same number of lots, no change in land use, and I know of no objections to the proposed change.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move the public hearing be closed.
>> second.
