Calling to order the Travis County health facilities corporation, the capital industrial development corporation voting session. One item, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve payments to deloitte and touche llp for audit of the component unit corporations.
>> on behalf of the health corporation the amount I'm asking you to approve is 2,285.42, capital industrial development corporation is $132 and 22 crernts and the -- these amounts were arrived at in the same way that I did on the housing finance corporation.

>> there is a small budget transfer necessary, because -- because we estimate that amount when we prepared the budget.
>> okay.
>> okay, we have a motion to approve and a second.
