A related item that we could probably go to is item 41. Could we go ahead and take care of this as well. 41. Consider and take appropriate action on order approving the issuance by the la vernia higher education finance corporation of a tax-exempt loan to cedars academy d/b/a cedars international academy to finance and refinance the cost of educational facilities and with respect to a public hearing and other matters relating thereto.
>> this is an item which just briefly the tefra law requires the county's approval of the public hearing that was held last Friday at the Austin office of vincent and elkins. Notice of that hearing was personned in the -- published in the paper as required by the internal revenue code. I received a report that no one showed up to speak. The tax law requires again as we have seen a couple of times today the -- the county to -- to approve the issuance of the bonds. There's no liability on the part of the county or any corporation here. It's just approving the financing of the property that's inside Travis County.
