Item 13, review and approve requests regarding grant proposals, applications, contracts and permissions to continue. A, grant application to the office of the governor's criminal justice division to provide funding for three new staff positions to support the juvenile probation department's sanctions supervision program. And b, grant contract with the lower colorado river authority for transportation and natural resources department to enhance the existing flood detection and warning devices on hamilton pool road at pedernales river. A?
