Going back to items 6, I believe, that that was -- that was we overlooked it on consent. I move approval.

What we have is a request to vacate a part of our right-of-way on anderson mill road, wanted to get the easement dedication from the property owners from whom we are vacating this right-of-way to. We don't have all of their signatures yet. In talking with tom nuckols at the county attorney's office, he suggested to ask you guys to go ahead and approve the vacation and the license agreement that goes along with it. But to direct staff to hold on recording the -- the vacation until we receive all of the easements signed. If you can approve it, then we will -- we will take care of the easements. Okay?

>> please approve that and direct staff to hold off on recording those with the clerk.
