Item 2, receive comments regarding the following: 1. The proposed issuance by the Travis County housing finance corporation of one or more series of single family mortgage revenue bonds in an aggregate face amount not to exceed $20,000,000; and b, the proposed extension of the maturity date of $10,297,972 principal amount of the Travis County housing finance corporation's single family mortgage revenue notes series 2001-1.

>> good morning, cliff blunt with naman, house, smith and lee.

>> move to open the public hearing.

>> oh, yes.

>> second.

>> all in favor? Thank you.

>> cliff blunt, we would just like to state that notice of this public hearing was published in the Austin american-statesman more than 14 days ago as required by the internal revenue code. For the a item this is just a required public hearing for issuing the single family mortgage bonds for the 2007 program which provides -- provides mortgage money for low and moderate income first time home buyers in Travis County. The -- the b portion of the hearing relates to a -- a note program that needs to be extended, it actually expires today. If we don't extend that program the authority to issue that up to $10,297,972 in single family bonds will go away. As part of that keeping those notes tax exempt and extending that program, we needed to have a public hearing for that and I believe the action items are mentioned there in number 42. So I'm available to answer any other questions.

>> anyone here to -- to -- for comments? Yes, sir?

>>

>> [indiscernible]

>> we can't hear you in the back.

>> you all might speak a little bit into the microphone a little louder.

>> yes, ma'am.

>> anyone here for comments?

>> move to close the public hearing.

>> second.

>> all in favor? Thank you. Okay.
