Consent
Posted for consent are c 1 through c 3, c 1 through c 3. And let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item. All of 3.
>>
>> [indiscernible] custom of questions on --
>> [indiscernible] I'm sorry. A and c.
>> so my recommendation is for 3 b, 3 d, 3 e. Number 4, 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14 a, c and d -- 14 b --
>>
>> [indiscernible]
>> right. Purchasing wants them pulled but that leaves a, c and d on 14. 15 a and b. All of 15 actually. 15 a through 15 k. Most of those are fairly routine, k is a new one. 16, now on 17
>> [indiscernible] starting rebidding as the language says, purchasing says no rebid. But just to reject. We will do that contract in house.
>>
>> [indiscernible]
>> yeah, we can ratify that next week if we need to. But on 17 we would approve it, but not to rebid, simply to reject all of the bids. So just delete the language and rebid.
>> okay.
>> we can probably do that on this language, right?
>> oh, yeah.
>> okay. We will try to do it. If there's an issue let us know. We will put it on -- put it on the agenda next week. 18, 19, and we have the public hearing on 20 and -- any objection to it being on consent?
>> no. 21, 22 a and b, 23, 24 I think that I understand, we would just do the easement there, right? But the problem is that we -- there is some future commitment once this is done. Do you want to just discuss it briefly?
>> yeah, let's just discuss it.
>> 24 we will discuss, it will not be part of the consent motion. So from 23 ... 26? Yes, sir? I can estimate 10:00 right now. Do you like 10?
>>
>> [indiscernible]
>> 27.
>> did you say 26?
>> 26, right.
>> okay.
>> 27. 28, 29 we may need a brief discussion. 32 -- 31 also that we had the public hearing on. 31 and 32.
>> move approval of the consent items.
>> second.
>> would anyone like for us to discuss any of these items separately. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. 31 was part of that, we did approve it. So on the grant applications...
