Number 2 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a proposed issuance of the riesel cultural facilities corporation cultural facilities revenue bonds (girl scouts - lone star council project), series 2007 in a maximum principal amount not to exceed $1,650,000.

>> good morning, judge and commissions. Real briefly just as a matter of disclosure, one of my partners in waco is actually representing the city of riesel in this matter. This is fairly -- this is refinancing of existing debt, approximately 250,000 is for some new facilities out at the camp out by pace bend park, camp tex lake. This is a financing that's been -- is going to be a bank qualified financing, which could not have come through Travis County or one of its conduit issuers.

>> well, several weeks ago there was an item on to approve putting the public hearing on the agenda, yes, sir.
>> okay. Questions? Would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
