Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct three: revision of a portion of lot 44, round mountain oaks (short form plat - 4 lots - 21.166 acres - faubion trail - no fiscal required - sewage service to be provided by on-site sewage facilities - no etj) in precinct three

>> joe gieselman with the transportation natural resources department. The owner of this lot, which is located in far northwest Travis County has asked to be able to resubdivide the lot. It's a fairly large lot, over 20 acres. And he wants to make it -- the couple wants to make it into four separate lots. It does meet all of our subdivision requirements and I know of no objection or have received no objection to the proposed replatting.
