Now let's call to order the Travis County health facilities development corporation. One item, consider and take appropriate action regarding request to approve resolution providing a notice of intention to issue bonds, authorizing a public hearing and other matters related thereto concerning a request to issue bonds to finance longhorn village, a life care community, to be located at 501 north quinlan park road, steiner ranch.

>> good afternoon, cliff blunt. As the introduction read, this is to approve an initial resolution related to the longhorn village project, which is a proposed 214 unit independent living unit project with -- in addition 60 skilled nurtion units, 20 assisted living units and 16 alzheimer's units are planned for this project out in the steiner ranch neighborhood in northwest Austin. This resolution basically does three things. Is accepts the application that was filed with the corporation a few weeks ago, it authorizes the filing of a notice of intention to issue bonds with the issue bonds with the county clerk, which is required under the health and safety code. And third it authorizes holding of a public hearing, which we would propose to be in three weeks on the may 8th is the schedule unless anyone has an objection to that. And jim boon with the ex-students association and several other representatives are here for longhorn village if you have any questions or would like to discuss anything else approximate this request -- anything else about this request.

>> so the recommended date for the public hearing is may eighth?

>> yes, sir.

>> at what time?

>> at 1:30. It would be be held by the corporation is the proposal.

>> move approval, judge.

>> any highlighting comments from the applicant? Discussion of the motion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.

>> move adjourn.

>> second.

>> the applicant spoke eloquently in silence. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote also.
