Now let's pick up the consent items c hundred 1 through c-6 are the posted consent items. C-1 through c-six and I show those to be ready for action. And may I recommend adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss these separately in the audience or court, say so as we call out the number of the item. 3 a.

>> I would like to discuss that.

>> will not be part of the consent motion. Four, including other. So amendments, transfers, the other category. Two items. 5, 6, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15 where the per diem increases from $40 to $44 per day. 16-a and b. 17 with the stipulation that there is no award of group e as in edward. So awarded are a through d, f, g and h. 18 we postponed. Now, on 19, the only action required really is to set this for public hearing on may 22nd at nine a.m. That's number 19. And I think john hilly, we can do that under the appropriate action, no discussion or anything. We will schedule it for public hearing may 22nd at nine a.m. And on may 22nd it will be posted for action also. 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26. Now, Commissioner Davis had questions about 27? Did you get those answered?

>> I got those answered, judge. Very pleased with the answers.

>> okay. 27 we recommend for consent also unless we need to discuss that, staff. Any reason to discuss 27? Then it will be be part of the consent motion. 28, based on the fact that two neighborhood associations request this variance, the wells branch m.u.d., and all seem to agree with the project manager of carter burr guess that the connection will cause undesirable traffic circulation. There's justification in the backup for the variance. Any problem with this? Seemed fairly twait forward. 28, 29 he. 29 is the last one. Would anyone like to discuss any of these separately? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
