Item 20

View captioned video.

Let's call up item number 20. It's to consider and take appropriate follow-up action regarding water improvement project in plainview estates subdivision in precinct 1. My motion is that we take the money from allocated reserve. Give ourselves flexible to do the corngses later if we need to do -- to do the corporations later if we need to to deal with unexpected developments.

>> second.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. There are a couple of other issues. One is a questionnaire.

>> fleming. The question -- sherri fleming. The questionnaire was e-mailed to mr. Rodriguez on last Tuesday. We have not received any of the information back yet, but we anticipate that the residents are working on it.

>> they are. I talked to them yesterday. That should be forth coming as far as the one pager that we asked them to complete.

>> it is a little bit longer than one page.

>> whatever it was.

>> we did include the information. We had a lot of discussion about the staff stat tus of the septic systems and whether or not the residents had working sinks and toilets. So we did include that information.

>> how many page was it?

>> well, there was a cover page and then two pages. So depending on your perspective.

>> two pages?

>> probably two and a half, Commissioner, but we tried to collect all the information that both the cdbg initiative would need as well as tnr in terms of being able to make some assessments about what exists at each of the residences.

>> thank you.

>> anything else?

>> just to let you know that the county attorney's office and tnr has met with mr. Ursa hornsby bend and we are working on an interlocal agreement so we can provide pai to our provided share of the project.

>> do you know how long that would be before it would come back?

>> minimum of two week. You.

>> okey-doke.

>> anything else, Commissioner?

>> no, I think that covers all bases, funding and the contract and I think we're able to move forward with this project. Again, I will still like to applaud hornsby bend.

>> are you with hornsby bend?

>>

>> [inaudible - no mic].

>> just read your name into the record.

>> I agree with what he just said.

>> [ laughter ]

>> I think folks want to see who you really are. Anyway, it would be good if they can focus on you a little bit because without you a lot of this may not be coming to pass and I know we're very appreciative of what the hornsby bend utility is doing in.

>> judge, on item 20, the comments that were made by the hornsby bend timent and then going through the testimony that joe gieselman says they were going through, and I asked the question do we need to vote on that portion of the discussion left outside of the language, I understand that, but is there some kind of confirmation that this is --

>> we directed him last week to negotiate an appropriate --

>> that's why I asked do we have to vote on that portion of it?

>> we directed staff last week to negotiate an appropriate contract.

>> all right. I just wanted to make sure.

>> our key thing today was money.

>> thank you.
