Executive Session
The following items we'll discussion in Executive Session. 37, consider and take preapt action on an offer to sell to Travis County a .119-acre parcel of land as right-of-way for construction of the gattis school road improvement project as part of the 2005 bond program. Consultation with attorney and real property exceptions to the open meetings act. 38, consider and take appropriate action on offer to sell to Travis County a .011-acre parcel of land as right-of-way for construction of the gattis school road improvement praj project as part of the 2005 bond program. Consultation with attorney and real property exceptions to the open meetings act. 39, consider and take appropriate action on an offer to sell to Travis County 17,771 square feet, .408 acres. It must be 17,771 square feet of land, and .400 anchors of land need as right-of-way for gattis school road project as part of the 2005 bond program. Consultation with attorney and real property exception to the open meetings act. 40, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action concerning condemnation cause number 2544 Travis County versus william voa gel do you we are and carolyn dower involving property at 11504 antler lane adjoining the anderson mill road project settlement agreement construction project.
