>> good morning, judge and economics.

>> [indiscernible] with Travis County natural resources. As you know Travis County manages approximately 819 acres at steinner ranch through conservation easement as a part of the balcones canyonland preserves. As a part of the relationship that taylor woodrow and steiner ranch has with the county. Taylor woodrow made a commitment to support the bcp and here to present a check to demonstration that report is janet

>> [indiscernible] the community sales manager for taylor woodrow at steiner ranch.

>> good morning. Thank you for having us, thank you.

>> I'm here at a representative of taylor woodrow steiner ranch, very happy to present this first of what we hope to be an annual donation for the management of the bccp. And the way this came about, as you know we've had an ongoing relationship with taylor woodrow and steiner ranch and the bccp. But this is made specifically on behalf of those visitors that come through the steiner ranch welcome center. As we -- as we talk about the community, we do discuss the 819 acres that surround steiner ranch and it has -- it has served everyone very well that we enjoy 15 miles of hike and bike trails that meander through those acres. Again this is just to show our appreciation and continuing support for the management of the bccp. If I may, I would like to present this to Commissioner Daugherty.

>> all right.

>> [laughter]

>> I will work on that extra thousand.

>> is he going to be the only one with -- without sharing all of this money? You are not going to share it

>> [multiple voices]

>> exactly. $1,100, thank you, thank you very much.

>> move that we accept the donation for the bcp I take it.

>> second.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.

>> we have -- let the record show Commissioner Daugherty handing the said check to mr. Connally for safe keeping.
