Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct two: amended plat of lots 16-18, block a, springbrook industrial park section one subdivision (short form plat - 2 lots - 4.13 acres - picadilly court - no fiscal required - sewage service to be provided by windemere utility company - city of Pflugerville etj)

>> good morning, again. The owner of this division, lot 16, 17, 18, would like to amend the plat to delete lot 17 and expand the other two lots into a larger size creating lots 16 a and 18 a. The proposed changes do meet our county standards and therefore recommend court approval. I do not know of any objection to the proposed action.
>> would anyone like to give comments under item no. 1? The public hearing?
>> move that the public hearing be closed.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. This will be action item no. 6 on today's agenda.
