Next week for an appropriate 812 san antonio parking grafnlght I move that we approve the leasing of the offered parking spaces by central parking system in the amount of $19,200 for the rest of the fiscal year. And that we authorize facilities to take this amount from unspent leasession?

This is a contract that we previously approved, but the attorney for the other side has recommended some changes. We had one or two of our own, so the motion would be to approve all of the 43 is administrative leave for pamela johnston, an employee of the Travis County health and human services department. I move that we approve the requested eight days, additional days of leave, which would cover February 21st through administrative leave, additional days, for a Travis County juvenile probation department employee, specifically the one in slot number 186. I move that we request the -- we approve the requested 45 is an offer to the county to sell us .083 acres that we need for the gattis school road improvement project. I move that we reject this offer, authorize county staff to appraise the property and proceed with the acquisition of the property. Ounty staff to purchase the property in question for $2,000, which was offered by the purchase of this tract of land for the howard lane east ii project and pay the property owner the we authorize the employment of gentlemen net kinard as the director of the Travis County public defenders office, effective April 1, 2007, at a salary of $82,824.99. Further, as pointed out by the county attorney's office, that we appoint this office to serve as a county office and as the mental health public defenders office. That the duties of the mental health public defenders office shall be -- is the same as those set out in the proposal submitted by criminal justice planning department of Travis County. That the types of cases to which the mental health public defender may be appointed and the courts in which the mental health public defender may be required to appear or requested to appear are as specified in the county's submitted proposal, and that this director serve at the pleasure of the Travis County Commissioners court.
