36. Consider and take appropriate action on request to join alliance for public transportation.

Do we think there's anybody in this community that doesn't understand we have a public transportation department and that you can get out and use it if you want? Now, the unfortunate thing is that vehicle miles traveled in our community from home to work is the greatest amount, two percent of usage in this community. Everybody on this court could take...

To do what? To tell people -- I think that this can be pretty closely aligned with something whenever we get into talk being our parking. Talking about our parking. I think this would be the most ridiculous thing to spend $11,000 on education of public transportation or that we have it. We have the authority. Capital metro this year, they gave $144 million. My god, why do they need the city's 46,000, our 11,000? I mean, this is just -- maybe it will make somebody feel good, but I just -- I think that this is a ridiculous use of public money being
