Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate eight five foot public utility easements located along either side of the common lot line of lots 99 and 100, lots 78 and 79, lots 79 and 99 and lots 78 and 100, all within cardinal hills estates, unit 16, a subdivision in precinct 3.

>> good morning, carol joseph, t.n.r. The owners of lots 78, 79 and 99 requested -- and 100 requested the vacation of the 5-foot public utility easement. We received information from the public utility and they have no issues with that releasing of the easement. And we recommend it, release.
>> have any comments been -- any objections been called to our attention?
>> no, sir.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move to close the public hearing.
