That is 19 though.

>> this contract, judge and Commissioners, is the renewal of your maintenance effort activities with aids service of Austin. We do want to include them in this discussion because they are providing critical services to communities of color who are dealing with full blown aids. And they were in a unique position to be able communities go forward with the loss of this funding.

>> move approval.

>> I second that. Here is what I need to get to as far as the wrap around services in this particular contract, and what we will have for Travis County, the $400,000 we are talking about. I want to be sure there are adequate wrap around services. Since at this time it's a question mark as far as the wrap around services being presented in a full capacity in the federal government, when that's something that we don't have at this point. I don't need to know about this wrap around service at Travis County, basically--

>> this contract includes home health services, nutritional counseling, food basic, supplements, case management, social services. And that would also include aids services is a partner in the basic needs coalition of central textation and using the best single source model that you all have funded over the last few years.

>> okay.

>> advocacy, and prevention initiatives are all a part of this contract you are about to approve.

>> okay. I appreciate that. I want the public also to hear exactly what we are trying to do, even though the federal government is kind of redefining
