Request to approve minutes of board of directors meetings of February 13th and 27 its, 2007. Favor? Approval. That passes unanimously. Number two is request to approve two invoices from consumer credit counseling service.

So we have received $200 that's been deposited in our bank. This will be the last invoice under this procedure. For the new program the home buyer pays the full $75 sfo the for the class and gets reimbursed if and when they close on the house.

>> this invoice is for $75 to reimburse her for inspections to 10 of the homes. We have already received $700 reimbursement from the state as part of our administrative fees for this invoice. I had presented this as an agenda item maybe six months ago about that she was paying these fees on the home buyer inspection and really these were our second.
>> and that's for reimbursement of number 4 is to consider and take appropriate action on request to approve representation letter to be provided by deloitte and touche llp regarding fy '06 annual financial audit for the corporation.
