Consent
The consent items are next. Posted for consent are c 1 through c 4, c 1 through c 4, I show those to be ready. And let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item. Number 5, 6, we jump down to 14 now on 14 purchasing, if somebody can send me a note on hub participation. 14 h.u.b. Participation, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, three public hearing items, 20, 21, and 22. 23 a and b. 26 a and b. 27, 28 a, 30, 33, 34, 34 is authorizing the county judge to send a notice of cancellation to -- to the appropriate credit card company, the importance of that is that the client number and the terminal number will be in that letter, okay? It's not in this item, but it's in the backup, we will stick that in the letter, make sure that they -- that they know that. And if my office would contact dana debeauvoir about number 35 to see if early afternoon is a good time to call up item no. 35.

>> okay. 25. Consider and take appropriate action on a roadway improvement agreement with keith crawford for mckenzie road, in precinct four. And my question was this -- we have a letter of credit for $57,570 to be called down when repairs and improvements need to be made. Normally the letter of credit is like insurance. So the wording is kind of opportunity knee. Here we put on the letter of credit when we need to make the improvements or when the improvements should be made by the developer -- but the developer does not make them.
