Now on A 2, Steve Manilla and Joe Gieselman assured me in addition to being their legal opinion, that a 2 is a good thing. I move approval of a 2 to approve the first amendment to the parmer lane participation agreement approved October 31st, 2006, between Travis County and private developers for improvements to parmer lane in precinct 1.
