Now, we do have number one a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct three: revised plat of lot 1-b-1, Leander hills subdivision (short form plat - 2 lots - 5.043 acres - ranch road - no fiscal required - sewage service to be provided by on-site sewage facilities - no municipal jurisdiction)

>> all in favor. That passes by unanimous vote. Good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation natural resources department. This is a simple and straightforward subdivision of one lot into two lots. It started at 10 acres, it's for two five dark acre lots. We have had several calls on the public notice in the feed. I don't know if anyone has come to testify.
