Consent
The consent items are next, posted for consent are c 1 through c 4, I show those to be ready, let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss these separately, please say so as I call out the number of the item, number 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 --
>> judge. On number 10, the correct name is tessa heights lane. That was a correction in the memo. It's test ssa heights lane.
>> number 10 we do state the correct name. During the public hearing, we announced another, but there was -- there were no -- no citizens here to give comments anyway. So -- so I think that we go ahead and take action on 10 and in spite of that error.
>> so it will not be electric lane, it will be tessa heights lane.
>> which is the action item, 10. So that private easement becomes known as tessa heights lane and those who wanted to give comments should know that its proposed name is tessa heights.
>> that's what was advertised. The only error was in the backup memo.
>> yeah.
>> I guess if you would like electric lane and don't like this one
>> [laughter], then you should let us know and we can try to respond to that, right? All right. So 10 we add. Then we jump to 12, 13, then 18, really on 17 I just think we need that on the record so some explanation, otherwise I didn't have any issues with 17. But 18 and 19, 21 in its entirety, 21 a, b, c, d, now I’m all right with d, but I think we do need a memo covering -- covering those two automobiles. That's something else, sorry about that. Those vehicles go to other counties. The -- the seven vehicles. 22 --
>> actually on 21 I have -- I have a -- I have questions on b and d.
>> okay. 21 b and c will not be part of the consent motion. But 21 a and d will be. 21 a and d part of this motion. 21 b and c not part of this motion. 22, 23, 24, then we jump to 28, 29, to 35, by the way the -- the county clerk came by herself last Friday. To request postponement of 36, so it is postponed to next week.

>> 35 on consent, then to -- to 38, 39, 40.
>> and a 2, judge.
>> a 2 no problem.
>> move consent of the -- move approval of the consent items. Would anyone like for us to discuss any of these items separately? All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote.
