The envision central Texas item is number 34. 34. Consider and take appropriate action on request from envision central Texas to approve and release $25,000 funding for fy 2007. You will recall during the budget process rather than fund this item specifically, we put this amount as an earmark with the allocated reserve, with the understanding at some point we would talk with envision central Texas. We did, I had a one on one discussion.

>> I think with ms. Campbell, I think the other members of the court did also. Any questions that we have today?
>> I move approval, judge, that we transfer that money from allocated reserve.
>> too history's -- for history's sake, last February of '06 and March of '05 looks like we took 25

>> I have to admit I that did not look for the earmark. I was doing the other history. I did realize it it was not in any of t.n.r.'s documentation, I didn't realize it had gone through the budget process. I can confirm that.
