14. Consider and take appropriate action on request to approve an interlocal cooperation agreement with the city of Austin for the design and construction of portions of heatherwilde boulevard and wells branch parkway in precincts one and two. And number 15. Consider and take appropriate action on request to approve an interlocal cooperation agreement with the city of Austin for the construction of the extension of parmer lane from us 290 to state highway 130, in precinct 1.

>> I’m steve

>> [indiscernible] from t.n.r. Public works. I asked for these two items today that the court take no action. What they are is request to -- for interlocal agreements that the county attorney's office is currently working on with the city attorney's office. In each case, for each project, this city will be a partner of ours on -- on the parmer lane project they will fund one third of the construction costs. We are working out how they will do their due diligence to ensure

>> [indiscernible] intended to be. On the other one, on the

>> [indiscernible] branch project, that started at a 2001 bond project in precinct 2, with the change in boundaries it's mostly in precinct 1 now. It is being funded out of precinct 2 bond moneys, the other is a public private agreement. The issue that the attorneys are currently trying to work through have to do with how will the city's funds address potential overruns that occur during construction. Their preference is to give us an amount of money, that's all that they want to put into the project. As we all know, change orders happen. How do we address that if that does arise? Another issue is -- is how quickly they can provide reviews and responses to questions that we have during construction or reviews of the design drawings in the case of parmer lane, in particular. We would like to -- to set a specific amount of time for those reviews and -- and we just need to negotiate what is a reasonable time to allow them for that activity. For right now until those issues get worked out, we do want to make it happen sooner rather than later, I want to let you know we are working on these, these were important to the court when we brought the public private agreements to you last October. And we will -- we will hopefully get these sorted out within the next couple of weeks.

>>

>> [indiscernible] question about how long did you really need before it appears back on the court's agenda.

>> I don't think that it will make next week. The following week is probably more realistic. But I’ll -- I’ll leave that to tom to guide me on that. If it doesn't look like it will make it next week, we will let the judge's office know just to pull it off until we are sure that it will come back.

>> so today put it down for March 6th? And if you need it earlier, you will let me know.

>> okay that's fine, sure.

>> that will be good, all right. Thank you.

>> okay. Thank you very much.

>> thank you, steve. We'll have both of them back on then.
