And this morning I think we got down to the executive session items, didn't we? 31 is to receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate, regarding lone star productions event scheduled may 30th through June third, 2007, consultation with attorney. Just in case there's follow-up vice, we need to get to our discussion this morning. 32, receive briefing from county attorney and take proant, on contract negotiations with faulkner, u.s.a. For new jail construction at del valle correctional complex design-build project, consultation with attorney exception. 33, consider and take appropriate, regarding two real estate issues in central Austin. Real estate exejs. Let's also announce that under consultation with attorney just in case we need it in 33. 34, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate, in Travis County et al versus corn he will just robinson, lynn ashley gadd resale deal, consultation with attorney. 35, receive briefing from the county attorney and take appropriate, in Travis County versus u.s. Life title company of Austin aka title u.s.a. Company of Austin. Andres forero resale deed, consultation with attorney. 36, receive briefing from the county attorney and take appropriate, in Travis County et al versus tony alba and rosalieio areablo, mario estrada resale deed. How did I do on that one? 37, receive briefing from the county attorney and take appropriate, in Travis County et al versus cal loas aleman arjona, cse development llc resale deed, consultation with attorney. And 38 is a list of deeds, consider and take appropriate, on offers from csr development llc for tax resale deeds in the following tax foreclosure sale properties c, Travis County et al versus charles a. And sandra dunn. D, Travis County et al versus jeffrey b and sandra l. Koinm. E, Travis County et al versus john and joan hammond at Travis County et al verps martha isaac desanchez. And g, Travis County et al versus arce intaws guillermo vidrio. 39, consider -- that's consultation with attorney, all of number 38. 39, consider and take proant, on an offer to sell to Travis County a .258-acre temporary construction easement located on property near cameron road in precinct 1 required for construction of the howard lane east greg lane roadway improvement project as part of the 2005 bond program. Consultation with attorney and real estate exceptions to the open meetings act. 40, consider and take proant, on an off to sell to Travis County an approximately 1.83-acre parcel of undeveloped land located along blue bluff road in precinct 1. Consultation with attorney and real estate exceptions to the open meetings act. And -- I said and, 41, receive briefing from countyattorney and take appropriate, regarding har lon melton versus Travis County sheriff's office. Consultation with attorney and personnel matters to the open meetings act. We will discuss these in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any,.


...Item 31 back on next week. We did having open court discussion with the representative this morning. 32 contract negotiations with faulkner, u.s.a., the meeting yesterday did prove to be quite fruitful. Because of this meeting I do think that we made substantial progress toward a contract. We will have this back on the ago came, if not next week, the week after. John, if you would check with

Should have this back on next week to discuss in the context of a -- probably a civil courts building in the capitol view corridor, maybe a comprehensive item to give us an opportunity to discuss these issues, all of the issues. Any action on that one? Number 34, I move that we county judge to sign the tax resale deed to deed this property to lynn ashley gadd, who paid 2500 in cash.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. The next item, number 35, I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the prepared tax resale deed to andres forero, paid the sum of 7

On item no. 36, I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the prepared resale tax deed to mario estrada, who paid Travis County the sum of $5,300 in cash. Any discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number 37, I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the first of two resale deeds. This one to cse development, llc, which involves only one lot in highland lake estates. Because -- in exchange for the $9,181 in cash, that cse development, llc paid Travis County.

>> any discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. And on number 38, I move that we authorize the judge to execute this tax resale deed that involves seven pieces of property. The first one is a -- -- all of these are the cse development llc, the first one involves building number -- is building number all right or tract number? Let's do the lot number. How is that? We will do the lot number. First one is lot 12151. Because -- because cse has paid Travis County $8,155 for it.

>> let's do them all. Building number -- the next one is lot number 9099, and we have received $10,922 for that one. On the third one, lot 9100, 9100. And for this one we have he havessed -- we have received $10,551. And the next one, lot number 15143, for which we have received $7,945. And the next one, hot number 12086 -- lot number, for which we have received $9,074. The next one is lot 30100, for which we received $10,284. And the last one, number 7, lot number 15037, for which we have received $12,450 in cash. These seven lots are in one deed. Any discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number 39 is an offer to sell Travis County .258-acres of acre for a temporary construction easement on a construction project that we have for which we deed this -- need this easement. Move that we accept the offer to sell for the sum of $1,000.

>> we get the easement in exchange. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number 40, I move that we accept the offer to sell us the 1.83-acre parcel. Of undeveloped land. For the offer amount of $7,320.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. On number 41, we did hear the offer from harlon melton and his lawyer to settle this claim. Based on the update that we received and legal advice and other reasons, I move that we reject the offer to settle for the stated amount. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. And based on my records, that does it for today. So I move that we adjourn.
