1. Receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument for the vacation of a portion of right of way of travis cooke road in precinct three

>> joe gieselman of the transportation natural resources department. This is part of our 1997 bond program where we have real lined travis cook -- realigned travis cook road. In the realignment we realigned a fairly sharp and dangerous curve of the the natural conservancy granted us the right-of-way for the new alignment with the provision that we vacate the old alignment. What that is doing is carrying that out. The purpose of this public hearing is to hear any testimony with regard to the proposed vacation of the right-of-way.

>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move that the public hearing be closed.

>> all in favor? That carries unanimously. This will be action item no. 7 on today's agenda.
