Item 16

View captioned video.

16 is to consider and take appropriate action on requests from tada building lp. Pilot to authorize earth retention system for new building at 1108 la vaca street, adjacent to need granger building, parking garage. Yesterday I sent john elliot two questions. The answer to which I was given today. My first question was why back date the agreement to December 15, and their answer is that the work actually started at that time, is the answer. And the second one was, I believe, john, I've always believed the county owns the building but some one else owns the land. Is this not the case? If so, who obtains the owner owner's authorization. And the answer to that is county owns the western half of the land and the eastern half is owned by somebody else, and the county leases that. But the developer will get, asking for the county's authorization and the owner owner's authorization too. The answer to my question is the developer of the project will get the owner's authorization.

>> right.

>> any other questions?

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> those were the answers that you have too ?

>> sure.

>> okay. Discussion of the motion? All in favor. That passes by unanimous vote. Thank you very much.

>> thank you.
