12 is to consider and take appropriate action on budget matters and discussion item. A long list of stuff. I don't have any issues with it. I think I read and understand it. Anybody else have any issues issues? Commissioner Davis moves approval. I second the motion. Discussion? Sorry about that. All in favor. That passes by unanimous vote. Including Commissioner Daugherty.
