The first item is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a portion of a drainage easement located on lot 3, block a of bee cave west, a subdivision in precinct 3.

>> good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation natural resources department. This is a piece of property on farm-to-market road 2244 in Bee Caves. The applicant hired an engineer, carlos garcia, to basically give us the scientific basis for -- for the -- for vacating the drainage easement, they have rerouted the water and the engineer of record claimed that the easement is no longer necessary and on that basis we recommend the vacations to the Commissioners court. I know of no objection to the vacation.
>> would in my opinion like to -- would anyone like to give testimony on this item during the public hearing?
