Now let's call to order Travis County Housing Finance Corporation 1. Consider and take appropriate action on request to approve minutes of board of directors meetings of October 17, October 24, October 31, November 21 and December 5, 2006.

>> okay. All in favor? Board member eckhardt recuses herself. The rest of the board votes in favor of the motion to approve all of the minutes in number 1. 2. Consider and take appropriate action on request to approve two invoices from consumer credit counseling service.
>> good afternoon, him harvey Davis, manager for the corporation. The invoices, the two invoices total $300 and they are the services in educating four first time home buyers on education classes, which the home buyer pays the corporation $25. All of that money has been paid and so I request approval to pay consumer credit council.

Consider and take appropriate action on request to approve (a) release of lien on a home down payment assistance loan, and (b) reimbursement payment to Texas department of housing and community affairs due to repayment in full of a home down payment assistance loan.
>> and this is a situation that -- that has -- we have encountered many times in the past. We received 1,796 to repay a 0 interest loan that was made in -- in 1997. And I request approval -- permission to -- to release a lien and to turn around and make that same amount of payment to Texas department of housing and community affairs. Because that is the -- the contract that we have.
