18, consider and take appropriate, regarding a request to teply close old kimbro road to through traffic for u.s. 290 to old highway 20 in precinct 1 for road reconstruction starting January 31st, 2007 and continuing for one year or until construction is completed. Mr. Donahue wanted us to get this done this morning, didn't he?
>> why don't we bring to closure instead of jacial 31st, we know we're not going to start construction January 31st. If we move that outlets say February 15th, we don't need to close it January 31st. If we close it February 15th, that will allow us time to get a contractor on board. And if I want to leave it a year, that's fine. If you want to move it to eight months, that's fine also. I think eight months would probably be sufficient.
>> well we say until construction is complete. But starting on February 15th.
>> I move approval for starting February 15 its until construction is completed.
>> seconded by Commissioner Gomez. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
