Which is number 5. And that is to consider and take appropriate action on budget mends , transfers, and discussion items. And there is a long list of green circled employees there recommended for action.

>> just briefly, from the pbo, these are increases for implementing what the court approved on December 19. 11 b, what the court just approved, that's not includ included in this. Since that's approved now we will work with the departments to present budget transfers when they are ready and appropriate do you.
>> do you disagree with that that?
>> no.
>> that's why I moved approval. Discussion? All in favor. That passes by unanimous vote.
