Consent Items
Posted for consent are c 1 through c 2, only two consent items posted, I show those to be ready there. Is a long list of -- there is a long list of items that I would like to recommend for consideration as part of the consent motion. If you would like for to us discuss any of these separately please say so as we call out the number, number 4, 5 -- I would like to discuss that one a little bit.
>> 5 will not be part of the consent motion. 6, 8 that we had a public hearing on, 9 a and b, 10 a and b, 11, 12, all of 13, 13 a through e. 13 f. All of 13. And we go to 15 that we had the public hearing on.
>> judge, the only thing that I would like to maybe indicate on 15 is to alert p.b.o. That we will be looking, possibly looking to see what the performance of this particular problem is for, maybe for future funding. I think that's what staff was basically trying to recommend to make sure that it doesn't close.
>> travis just perked up when you said that. He made a note of that, right?
>> all right.
>> duly noted for Commissioner Davis. 16 a and b,.
>> I have a question on 16 a.
>> what about 16 b, $5,000 from the state of Texas --
>> perfectly fine with that one. 16 b will be part of the consent motion. Number 17, 18, 19 -- 19 says a lot, but it's really a formality that we go through, number 20,, 23, 24, 26, and 27.
>> move approval of the consent items.
>> second.
>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
