Number one is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a portion of a drainage easement located on lot 87e-2, resubdivision of lot 87e, amended plat of lots 85a, 97a-b and 87e, st. Tropez p.u.d., a subdivision in precinct three

The owner of this lot has asked for a vacation of the portion of the drainage easement because the eave of the house is encroaching on the easement. The engineer of record has looked at it and suggested that this will not in any way hamper the drainage from the lot. Based on his professional opinion we would recommend the vacation.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move to close the public hearing.
>> second.
>> this will be action item no. 8 on today's agenda. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
